Fibracotto

Fibracotto is a cooked ham obtained from fresh hind legs of European pigs without sugars but with a source of fiber. This product was born from years of study and experimentation to obtain a ham with a nice, delicate taste, typical of the Parma tradition. It can boast of a vegetable fiber, as a substitution of the sugars, with the typical naturally sweet flavor. The hind leg is deboned by extraction and trimmed with the company’s exclusive method, continuing with the company’s traditional processing phases, except for the moment of seasoning when particular care is put in the melting of the fiber.

All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:

  • gluten,
  • milk derivatives and/or lactose,
  • monosodium glutamate,
  • allergens,
  • genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
  • added polyphosphates.

It is present in the Celiac Association Handbook.
