Langhirello

The Langhirello cooked ham is produced here in Langhirano whose name recalls and is obtained with choice fresh pig hind legs from North-European pigs which are subject to deboning by extraction and then trimmed in the company’s exclusive way. The typical delicate brine of the Parma tradition and the company’s processing give it its delicate taste.

All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:

  • gluten,
  • milk derivatives and/or lactose,
  • monosodium glutamate,
  • allergens,
  • genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
  • added polyphosphates.


The Langhirello is present in the Celiac Association Handbook and it is certified according to product standards.
