The name takes its inspiration from the classic shapes of moulds used which are particularly suited for sliced meats in a small container. A product born to meet the needs of our main customers. It is made with a typical delicate brine of the Parma tradition which brings out the excellent quality of the fresh meat.

During the moulding a dressing of spices and aromatic plants are added, appearing as a light vein of spices on the internal part of the finished product.

All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:

  • gluten,
  • milk derivatives and/or lactose,
  • monosodium glutamate,
  • allergens,
  • genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
  • added polyphosphates.

The work processing includes the removal of the pork rind and therefore the finished product is ready for slicing.
