Cooked Culatta Roast

By removing the bone and using the larger part of the fresh heavy pig’s hind leg which is divided into its two main parts, we obtain the raw material for our pink cooked culatta roast. Once this is seasoned, it is manually processed without the use of any aluminium moulds for the steaming but instead letting it maintain its original form with a string netting which is completely wrapped around the product and then put inside the packaging bag.

All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:

  • gluten,
  • milk derivatives and/or lactose,
  • monosodium glutamate,
  • allergens,
  • genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
  • added polyphosphates.
