INNOVATION IN FOOD FIELD

In the year 2017 and 2018, the company has developed a project entitled "Use of innovative technologies for the production of functionalized cooked hams and / or reduced content of preservatives" within the research and development activities, which the company has continued to continue steadily over the years.

This project, which stems from the needs of the market and the company's desire to continue to pursue nutraceuticals as a potential road for development and growth, was presented in the POR FESR call for tender "Call for projects of innovation and diversification of product or service for SMEs - 2017 ".

To date, the company has benefited from the awareness of the positive feasibility of expanding its product range with high quality cooked hams with nutraceutical properties that will be the subject of further experimentation.
