COOKED HAM WITH PINEAPPLE
6 slices of MITO® cooked ham weighing about 150 gr. each, 6 slices of pineapple, 60 gr. of butter, cloves,
flour, 200 ml of red wine, salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a pan and immediately add the red wine, a pinch of salt, a handful of black peppercorns and
a few cloves. You will get a nice sauce: dip the ham slices in flour and put them in the pan on a low heat.
When they colour on one side, turn them over and place a pineapple slice on each of them. Cook the other side.
