COOKED HAMS

The trait that singles out and distinguishes our cooked hams, is that they come from fresh pork hind legs, on the bone, which are deboned in factory with a specific technique that preserves the whole hind leg.
All of the ingredients used for processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:
  • . gluten,
  • . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
  • . monosodium glutamate,
  • . allergens,
  • . genetically modified soy and corn, added in processing,
  • . added polyphosphates

The products listed here are present in The Celiac Association Handbook and fall under the classification of high-quality cooked hams based upon Ministerial Decree 21/09/2005 and subsequent modifications. The company, upon specific request, also produces choice cooked hams, yet still gluten-free.
