The company was born in Langhirano in 1983, the result of the experience of a very well-known producer, and was started for the production of high quality cooked hams, with the aim of emphasizing the values of the tradition of this deli meat.

Through the years, the manufacturing process has evolved with the introduction of advanced technologies, while maintaining constant its role of working in the service of Man, in the sense both of internal and external collaborators and of final consumers.
