Fibracotto®

Fibracotto ® is a ham steak obtained from fresh European pork leg, sugar-free and a source of fiber. It comes from years of studies and tests to obtain a product with a pleasant and delicate taste typical of the Parma tradition which could boast the replacement of sugars with inulin, a vegetable fiber that seasons it with a typical flavor, naturally sweetish.

The leg undergoes a process of boning and exclusive company trimming, following the traditional company processing in all phases, with a particular attention to the dissolution of the fiber during the aromatization of the product.

All the ingredients used in the processing are rigorously selected and do not contain:
  • . gluten,
  • . milk and / or lactose derivatives,
  • . monosodium glutamate,
  • . allergens,
  • . genetically modified soybeans and maize added during processing,
  • . added polyphosphates
