Lagorano® ham steak
is named after its production place, Langhirano: a town known for the processing of Parma ham as well as for the beauty of its hilly landscape which, arriving from the city, starts right at the beginning of its Municipality, then getting quickly rugged crossing the Apennines.
This product is obtained from a careful selection of fresh Italian pork leg which undergoes a process of boning and exclusive company trimming. The delicate brine typical of the Parma tradition enhances the excellent quality of the fresh meat used.
All the ingredients used in the processing are rigorously selected and do not contain:

- . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
- . monosodium glutamate,
- . allergens,
- . genetically modified soy and corn, added in processing,
- . added polyphosphates
