Classic take away form width herbs
The name takes its inspiration from the classic shapes of moulds used which are particularly suited for
sliced meats in a small container. A product born to meet the needs of our main customers. It is made with a typical delicate brine of the Parma tradition which brings out the excellent quality of the fresh meat.
The work processing includes the removal of the pork rind and therefore the finished product is ready for slicing.
During the moulding a dressing of spices and aromatic plants are added,
appearing as a light vein of spices on the internal part of the finished product.
All the ingredients used in the processing are rigorously selected and do not contain:
- . gluten(the product is in the Celiac Association Handbook),
- . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
- . monosodium glutamate,
- . allergens,
- . genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
- . added polyphosphates
The take away with herbs is a high quality ham steak, also available for export to the U.S.
