The name takes its inspiration from the classic shapes of moulds
used
which are particularly suited for
sliced meats in a small container. A product born to meet the
needs of our main customers. It is made with a typical delicate brine of the Parma tradition which brings out
the excellent quality of the fresh meat.
All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:
- . gluten,
- . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
- . monosodium glutamate,
- . allergens,
- . genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
- . added polyphosphates
The work processing includes the removal of the pork rind and therefore the finished product is ready for slicing.
The take away is a high quality ham streaking also available in organic version.
