Traditional Deli form
The traditional deli shape is obtained from a selection of fresh pig’s hind legs from Italy which are deboned and
trimmed with the company’s exclusive method in preparation of the processing with an extremely delicate brine
that brings out all the flavor of the fresh meat.
All of the ingredients used in the processing are meticulously selected and do not contain:
- . gluten,
- . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
- . monosodium glutamate,
- . allergens,
- . genetically modified soy and corn, added during the processing phase,
- . added polyphosphates
The work processing may include the removal of the pork rind.
