Porchetta traditional
The raw material for our porchetta is the result of an attentive selection of pork saddle with integrated loin, completely processed using manual, traditional techniques which include
hand-tying as well as the addition of a light internal seasoning with chopped natural aromatic herbs. It is steamed and then roasted to bring out the excellent quality of the meat and the ingredients and to give it its characteristic delicate taste.
All the ingredients used in the processing are rigorously selected and do not contain:
- . gluten (the product is in the Celiac Association Handbook),
- . milk derivatives and/or lactose,
- . monosodium glutamate,
- . allergens,
- . genetically modified soy and corn, added in processing,
- . added polyphosphates
Porchetta is also available for export to the United States.
